To decrease the number of foster youth who become homeless, idle, substance-addicted, pregnant, and incarcerated as a result of aging out of foster care.
To increase the chances of former foster youth who will earn a college degree after aging out from 3% to 100%.
To help heal the post-traumatic stress disorder that 25% of aged-out foster youth experience through offering support as they repair their spirits to build a better outcome of success in their lives.
